That depends on what you value and are looking for in a therapist - and ultimately, a relationship. I also keep in mind that preferences, needs, and overall vibes can change over time.
We may be a good fit if you value…
a therapist who is direct, but gentle. I’ll say it as it is, but in a way that encourages reflection.
a therapist who is open to play and creativity. Yes, even for (and especially) adults! Let’s get silly!
a therapist who encourages you to make the space yours, as long as we are both safe. Want to lay down on the ground? Okay, can I join you? Need to bring in your own blankets or soothing items? No problem. Make it darker in the room? Great, turn-down-the-lights-dark or cave-dark?
a therapist who recognizes that trauma also stems from the systemic inequalities we endure every day. It can feel like everything is just up against you… because oftentimes it is designed that way.
a therapist who will yell into the void alongside you. Sometimes that feels better than a little sweet treat after a hard day.
In general, a therapist may feel like a good fit for you if…
you feel heard and understood. There’s a sense of genuine interest and care for you and respect for the pace you want to take.
you experience a nonjudgmental space. Sharing feels more comfortable for you over time. The really hard things may still feel difficult to bring up, but you notice you want to bring it up!
you feel appropriately challenged. Change and growth is hard! I’ll be there to work through it with you.
you notice that your therapist trusts you. Trust goes both ways. I wholeheartedly place trust in your ability to move towards change and make choices that feel right for you. I’m not there to stop, force, or heavily suggest choices (though I will step in if it is an issue of risk or safety. I want to work through it with you first though!). I want to help you explore your options.
Start with a free consultation and we can see where that takes us.
Not every therapist will feel right for you and that’s okay! I am happy to provide resources and referrals to other providers.

As of September 2026, my fee is currently $150 per 50-minute session at Havenly Counseling Collective.
Payment is due at time of service and I accept checks, card, FSA, and HSA.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. After that timeframe, you are responsible for full payment for the missed session. However, I understand emergencies do arise and we may discuss appointment misses on a case-by-case basis.
Any increases or changes will be posted on this website and sent out in advance to current clients.

I am unfortunately not an in-network provider for any insurance plans at this time at Havenly Counseling Collective.
Some insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that cover part of the cost of these visits. I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm these benefits.

I’m glad you’re here - you’ve started already! Next, book a free 15-minute video consultation with me by submitting an inquiry through Havenly Counseling Collective.
The consultation is a chance for you to learn about my style and personality to gauge fit and for me to learn a bit more about you.
Let’s talk! Or even just yell into the void together. Whichever comes first.

Choose what works best for you.
When starting in person therapy, consider location, travel time, accessibility, and how that all might fit into your schedule.
For telehealth, I can see you as long as you are located in California.
As of September 2026, my fee is currently $150 per 50-minute session at Havenly Counseling Collective.

As of September 2026, I am working on the following schedule:

Please include a note in your request if you want to check availability for Tuesdays to Thursdays.
Limited weeknight and Saturday morning appointments are available upon request.

If you would like to see me at Havenly Counseling Collective in Los Gatos, submit a form and I will reach out to you directly to share some available times and share a secure video link for our meeting.
You will have time to share your wants, needs, excitement, concerns - anything - with me. I’d love to know what brings you to therapy, if you have had therapy before, and will answer any questions you might have. I will also share how I work and will go through logistics with you, including fees, scheduling, and next steps if you were to move forward.
If either of us find that we are not a good fit, I would be happy to provide you with referrals to other providers or resources that may align more with your needs.

Your first session at Havenly Counseling Collective will look a little different from the ones that will follow it. It will act as an initial intake session for you where I will have some questions that will help me get to know you and your concerns more. This can include questions about identity, family history, social life, safety risks, and current concerns and symptoms. You are always encouraged to only share what you feel able to in the moment. You will have many other opportunities to go back to a topic or share more details once the space and your relationship with me feels safer, more secure, and trustworthy. I want this to be taken at your own pace.
We will wrap up the intake session by discussing goals and what progress might look like for you. This gives us a solid foundation to start with for our next session.
-
While the first two initial sessions at Havenly Counseling Collective can be used as a period to determine if my approach and personality are a good fit for you, I know that preferences, vibes, and needs change over time.
You may choose to discontinue therapy at any time.
For planned endings, I typically have one last wrap-up session where we discuss a maintenance plan and I offer an optional end-of-treatment activity we will do together within session (though it’s a surprise). These wrap-up sessions are optional though highly encouraged. Saying goodbye can be hard!
If relevant, I am always happy to provide you with referrals to other providers or resources.
